Gaza Freedom Flotilla Attacked

 

Israeli naval forces attacked the Gaza Freedom Flotilla, which intended to take 10,000 tonnes of aid to Gaza, and it is reported that 10 peace activists were killed with many others injured. We ask you to pray for them and their families at this time of distress.

One of the members on board the Flotilla was Ismail Adam Patel from Friends of Al-Aqsa, which has its head office in Leicester. During the Israeli attack, his voice was heard clearly trying to calm the situation down.
